This project was an absolute blast. We tried our best to shrink-wrap the SL motor/battery system into a sleek and versatile frame platform. Simple stealthy details made the bike feel as nimble and versatile as it is- Subtle cockpit integration, integrated seatpost binder, and a slim but highly functional rack.
The Vado SL comes in equipped and naked configurations (with and without lights/racks/fenders). I designed the stealth stem to easily adapt to these different configurations- Removable/Swappable mounts that can accommodate wired and wireless computers and headlights, as well as cable routing for future wired computers.
The SL motor platform is about integrated and seamless e-bike life. Cockpit, frame, fenders, lights, and rack must all present as a holistic unit as opposed to several separate parts.
